Papa John’s Pizza @ Berjaya Times Square

Wifey and I have suggested to come by Times Square for lunch since last Thursday as we’ve to hang around town to wait for T with her school activities. Since this mall is rather huge we searched through the directory instead of walking around looking for food. We both agreed to having pizza, so here we are at Papa John’s!

Very nice setting, both indoor & outdoor. We opted for indoor of course since the weather was terribly hot!

Neither Monet nor Van Gogh but these paintings fits in nicely with the setting of this pizza joint.

We glanced through the menu and found that the selection of pizza’s are pretty good! Here’s what we ordered…

Baked Meat Balls @ RM 10.90 ~ Succulent beef balls prepared with special herbs & spices covered in pizza sauce, cheese & baked We found the sauce a little too watery but the meatball itself was tasty! A 6/10!

Texas Heat 6″ Original @ RM 11.20 ~ Flavors

Sjora Pineapple Juice @ RM 5.90 ~ Nothing special and a little pricey for this small glass of juice! A 2/10!

Say cheese! The neat and clean kitchen where all the foods are prepared!

The check came to RM 32.20 inclusive of a 10% service charge (RM 2.80) and a 5% government tax (Rm 1.40). Comparing Papa John’s with Pizza Hut, my vote goes to the latter in terms of food but ambiance will definitely be Papa John’s! Well, you won’t know till you try right? Nevertheless, this was a good and affordable way to try out something different!

Hey QuiRkY.. The Mexicans pickles you liked are called pepperoncinis if not mistaken and I’ve yet to try dipping my pizza into the garlic butter sauce.. Is it good? Anyway, thx for dropping in and keep up with your beautiful blog and the nice pics! Stay in touch and have a fun raya hols!
