After the “longest” wait for a burger in my entire life at this restaurant a month ago, we decided to give it another go as the food really deserve the credit and a revisit! The kids were sulking when they found out that we were coming here again as the previous “ridiculous wait” really cast a BAD impression on them! Anyway, this time around we brought E’s Godparents, Uncle R & Aunt S! Welcome to the wait!!
In order to avoid the crowd and the wait, we came as early as 1200 only to find that we were not the earliest as a group of four is ahead of us, waiting! One side of the roller shutter is still closed! Parking is scarce even on a Sunday! I acted like a hooligan by doing a double park right in front of the restaurant!
I ordered the pork burger again and so did wifey on her roast pork belly but this time with an additional set to share with T&E! So boring, ordered the same old thing, not adventurous at all!!
Uncle R ordered the Pork Frank Sausage while Aunt S tried the Crumb Pork Chop. As we have enough numbers this time, we decided to share the famous Roast Pork Ribs. Now, let’s guess how long was the wait this time with only a table ahead of us ok!
Pork Frank Sausage with Salad & Chips @ RM 8.90 ~ Measures at slightly more than 6 inches this rather thick German frank is delicious! Uncle R definitely gave it a thumbs up and was happy he made the right choice! Chips? How bad can they be and the salad would be great if it’s colder! 
Crumb Pork Chop with Potatoes & Garden Salad @ RM 12.90 ~ As this item is a house special according to the menu, Aunt S ordered without any hesitation! Coated with breadcrumbs and deep-fried, this item is nothing so special as claimed! The meat is dry and tough! May skip this when ordering! 
100% Homemade Pork Burger with Chips @ RM 6.90 ~ My reason of coming back! Thick and juicy patty with strong hint of mixed herbs makes this SINFUL burger irresistible!
Roast Pork Belly @ RM 13.90 ~ Don’t miss this tasty dish! (no shots taken this round) Refer to previous posting ok!
Roast Pork Ribs @ RM 25.80 ~ Finally, we have the chance to sample this weekend special after hearing so much about it! It definitely lived up to its praises! Well marinated, tasty, slathered with bbq sauce and grilled with the prefect temperature. Highly recommended!
Even though we still have to wait 45 minutes for the 1st dish to arrive, we hardly felt it as we were busy chatting and catching up. We were glad to see Uncle R & Aunt S left with a smile on their face indicating that it was well worth the wait. Bill came to RM 102 inclusive of drinks! Nothing but reasonable although a speedier service would make this joint perfect!
