Roast duck has always been one of my favourite dish especially its crispy skin and succulent meat! I once had roast duck rice for every lunch at a Hong Kong restaurant in Bayswater, London for 7 days straight!! Imagine the temptation of this animal. Glad to be alive still coz too much roast duck may cause the arteries to block due to its excessive fats, especially the skin part! The way the Hongkies roast their duck are simply amazing. So far i’ve only come across a few restaurants in the Klang valley that’s at par with them. Here’s one which i’m going to pay a visit today, Sun Ming Roast Duck!

Blanched Lettuce in Oyster Sauce (炉蚝油油麦) @ RM 4.00 ~ We never seemed to miss this vege as this is T’s fav veg. Blanched in a perfect timing as it retained its crunch. Some fiber intake won’t hurt after the plates of sinful oily goodness!
This delicious tummy filling brunch cost us RM 38.80 with 4 fragrant oiled rice. Reasonable I must say for a place with such fame, but don’t expect any service here as most of the workers won’t and will never greet you with a smile. That’s the set back with these restaurants once they make their name. Anyway, if food is the main criteria or if you are craving for some delicious roast duck and char siew experience, Sun Ming is the answer.
